Wash and Fold Questions
You can drop off your clothes for us to wash and fold anytime during our normal business hours.

Our minimum for fluff and fold is 20 pounds.
Generally, most orders are scheduled for the next day. You can, for an additional charge and if we have the time to do so, get same-day fluff and fold service.

Pickup and Delivery Questions
Yes. If you have pets—especially dogs—please leave a note in your account or text us before your scheduled pickup. We require your pets to be secured and indoors at the time of pick up or delivery. This helps our drivers stay safe and ensures a smooth pickup. You can also include instructions like “Dog barks” or “Please don’t ring the doorbell.” Thanks for helping us provide safe and reliable service!

Clothes delivered within 24-48 hours in a 2-hour window
You must give us permission in your account to leave your clothes if you are not going to be home for the delivery. Tell us where to leave them. We don't want to be responsible if your clothes go missing so we need written permission to leave them.

You can choose between having laundry service as you need it, or you can sign up for one of our subscription plans for maximum savings!
We recommend putting your laundry in a laundry bag or a trash bag that cinches closed.
You can suspend your account until you return from your vacation. Just log into your account and put your service on hold until you return.
